Faktori rizika i znaci upozorenja suicidalnog ponašanja: pregled literature

Apstrakt

U radu je suicid prikazan kao složen javnozdravstveni, psihološki i sociokulturni fenomen za čiju prevenciju je potrebno multidisciplinarno razumevanje i delovanje. Suicid se ne može svesti na jednostruko određene činioce, već je on njihova mreža koja reguliše rizik od izvršenja. Svakako se može reći da je on fatalni samodestruktivni čin, za koji je procenjeno (WHO) da zahvata značajan deo svetske populacije, makar i u slučaju registrovanih pokušaja. U radu su sistematizovani rizični i protektivni faktori, upravo zbog toga što se suicid ne može svesti na jedan uzrok, već na interakciju bioloških predispozicija, psihopatologije, traume, socijalne izolacije i akutnih stresora. Dat je pregled globalne prevalence i regionalnih razlika sa osvrtom na Republiku Srbiju (u kojoj se registruje oko hiljadu slučajeva godišnje), na rizične grupe i prepreke, poput stigme i nedovoljne dostupnosti usluga mentalnog zdravlja. U centralnom delu rada obrađeni su znaci upozorenja, specifičnosti u odnosu na uzrast i populacije, sa osvrtom na suicidalne tendencije kod adolescenata. U zaključku je istaknuto da je za pravovremenu intervenciju važno rano prepoznati znakove kod osoba, koordinisati odgovor škole, zdravstvenih službi, porodice, zajednice i digitalnog okruženja.
